Our historic venue allows families, friends, and co-workers to celebrate milestones and make memories in a farm setting. Birthday parties, anniversaries, family reunions, bridal showers--all types of celebrations--are more festive when combined with interaction with our animals. Bring your decorations, gifts, food, drinks and desserts to our venue and create your own memories. Or, you can hire your own caterer to do the cooking for you. You can choose and schedule your private party from our existing packages, or contact us to design your own custom private event.

Many rooms have fireplaces that can be utilized for extra warmth or to add ambiance for you and your guests for a nominal fee. We can host your event rain or shine.

Farm Rental Packages

Pick the best place to make a memory! The historic Bradley House, built in 1813 with hand painted colonial murals, historic trim and 9 working fireplaces, accommodates both large and small groups, while the barn can be rented separately or in conjunction with the main building. All rooms have easy access, technology hook-ups, and if required, proximity to other breakout rooms, and includes tables and chairs. Rooms can be rented for a few hours or for the entire day.

The Bradley House - Tavern Room

The Bradley House Tavern Room - Accommodates 30 people, working fireplace, private entrance, private heat and air conditioning. Rental includes the room for 4 hours, time to meet the goats at the fence, and 1 bag of goat food per guest.

The Bradley House - Farm Pavilion

The Goat Pasture

Rent our 1954 Red Chevy pickup truck to make a grand entrance at your event! Take pictures and enjoy this classic hot rod for 4 hours. Available as an add on when you rent the Tavern Room, the Pavilion, the Lakeside Spot, or the Goat Pasture. Perfect for photo sessions!

Side Yard for Picnics, Games and Food Trucks - Add On

Looking for a place to have additional picnics, games or a food truck? The side yard is adjacent to the pavilion and is perfect for all. There is separate water, electricity, and your own entrance.

Catering Kitchen - Add On

The Catering Kitchen has a triple sink, plenty of counter space, and 4 steam tables. This is a great space for your caterers to serve out of and is adjacent to the pavilion. There is a separate entrance, and your caterer can drive right up and unload.

Campfire in the Pasture - Add On

Add a campfire at our firepit in the pasture! This includes all wood and an attendant.
